3 Caesarian operations were done, and 4 babies were born.

Epi + spiral is the most standard method for the Caesarian operation.
However,  in one case, we could finish the operation by Epi only.
Of course Epi alone is more dangerous than Epi + spiral and needs more local anesthetic drug. we should prepare general anesthesia too.
