Intervention: patients received a single infusion of 5 ml/kg body weight of 7.3% NaCl (or 0.9% NaCl) over 60 min

Outcome: urine output fluid balance

本文を読めていないけど、高張食塩水を投与した群の方が尿量が多く、体液バランスのプラスへの振れ幅が少なかったと。

こういう安い治療方法はいいなと思う。水をたくさん入れて、後でサムスカで引くというようなお金のかかる治療より良い。そのあたり（コストの問題）はどうなんだろうか？
