いや自分がWindowsに慣れていたからなのだけど。
そもそも最近のMACにはJavaが初期設定で入っていないことを初めて知った。
JDKのインストール
x64 DMG Installer を選択

pathを通しておくこと、
もしくはターミナルから java -jar VisANT.jar として起動する。
いや、このvisANTを使わなくても、Rのigraphパッケージでグラフを描きたいんだけど...

Fortunately, my mental status becomes stable.
Talking to people, walking a lot, buying necessities, and keeping things routinely, all of those activities makes the situation better.
Research itself is fun. Yes, I am curious of science. The questions are endless; what makes differences of living and dead, why lives have diversity and create homogenous offsprings, and why the behavior of 100 cells are different from that of 10000 cells.
At the same time, 95-98% of ideas result in vein. I cannot avoid feeling guilty of wasting time, money and materials. The negative data deprive my motivation and exhaust me.

Under the pandemic, less workers and more burdens have aggravated the situation.
The department of animal facilities announced to stop any new order until March due to lack of staff.
Shipping of materials is delayed due to winter storm and shortage of drivers.
This announce means we cannot proceed the animal experiments anymore on February.
We are tackling this tough situation to find a silver lining, the new solution.

So many terrible news made headlines. Climate change causes huge tornadoes and heavy rains. Calamities and the number of casualties are swelling year by year. Pandemic still circulates in globe. We are seeing the highest new cases per day yesterday and it will be updated tomorrow.
There is hopeless future. We have to find the blight future from the bottom of the abyss. Or we are skeptical where is it.
Who knows we have a blight future? People are going forward without thinking profoundly. Otherwise, they would be drowned in the tremendous amount of harsh realities and horrible incidences.
Run.
It is easer than living seriously.

そして今年最後の大晦日になってしまった。
実験の準備があったので、ラボに行ったら、いつもいるΚ先生とM先生以外に、
ブラジルチームのF、dobule Esの３人がいるではないか。
昨日動物実験手術したって言ってたからな。
そんなラボの一年の最後。来年は明るい年になるといいなと思う。
